    These people from the UK were in my bookmarks (I'd been looking for linseed oil), but I've not bought from them. Postage will probably kill it anyhow.

    I am not sure, it's the stuff you add to cereals or baking bread.

    I'd say so. Personally I use whole when I bake bread and ground for cereal, but that's a personal preference.

    I stopped eating the whole variety because of concerns that the seeds could get trapped in the gut. Not sure of the scientific fact but you'd sometimes see whole seeds weeks after eating them.

    Hmmm, yes, I'd agree with you. As a Coeliac I add seeds to my gluten free porridge to get some fibre but I discovered too much of a good thing, i.e. seeds, can bring their own problems and I have had to reduce the amount I take in now. Can't give details, soooo embarrassing! :o
