Fiesta central locking

Morning. Have an 05 tdci fiesta and have problems with central locking. When key is in lock and turned only the drivers door locks. The remote does not lock every time. Any ideas?

Just an update. Was driving the car today and on opening the door and at the same point on closing the door the motors can be heard to work...So door is not open enough to get out and it makes a noise

Sounds like ground issue or issue with micro switches in the door locks
