Depends on how much you want to spend.

I don't want to spend that kind of money. Around 30 to 40 euro is my budget

Unfortunately the cheaper ones fall apart pretty quick. You might get something in Argos for that. Lidl had some today

    Wahl clipppers perhaps?

Amazon and google both have search tools, OP. That said, a springer with a reasonably maintained coat shouldn't need clipping. Combing, brushing, slicking yes and the occasional matt cut out but a springer needing clipping frequently enough to buy a clippers seems odd.

I bought a cheap set of wahl ones in argos years ago. They only lasted a few months. You're better off buying a decent clippers. I have this andis one at the moment and find it very good. I use it on my maltese who has thin hair and also on my pom mix who has thick hair.

Wahl are fairly crap. They fall apart. Andis are good. I use the Heiniger Saphir Cordless. It is the best one I have ever used.

Yes unfortunately but it will last an awful lot longer then cheaper models & give a much better finish as you can change the blades on it.

I bought an Andis 2-speed years ago... I must have it almost 10 years and have clipped dozens and dozens of dogs with them (rescue dogs, often in an awful state), and my own small dogs 4-5 times per year.
I paid €200 for them. At min €40 to get my own westie clipped, they'd paid for themselves within 5 clips. I'd had 2 Wahl clippers before that which ended up in the bin after comparatively little use, but they did the job when it was just my own pair of small dogs I needed to do. However, the Andis is still going strong years later, never gave a minute's trouble, and have enough oomph in them to get through some serious matting, which the cheaper clippers struggle with.
So, I guess it depends. A rough once or twice a year job, you'll probably be fine with the cheaper ones. If you've any more demanding work for them, then you're better pushing the budget for a good set.

I went through 2 cheap Wahl sets too, then got an andis 2 speed one about 5 years ago, and it's used a lot.
Smaller dog needs cut every 6-8 weeks, bigger chap about 3 times over summer and maybe once or twice during winter.
Never had an issue, they're great.

I clipped my 2 Shih Tzu's this morning using my old Wahl's which are beginning to expire. Took me from 9 - 12 but I did bathe them yesterday. I use a No 3 comb on their main coats and a No2 on their heads, ears, belly and chute.

Hairdressing scissors for under their legs and pits. They are pretty well behaved but I have clipped them since they were puppies, they are 11 and 12 now so they should be used to it.

I was talking to a lady with a Shih Tzu pup at the vets recently and she asked what was one bit of advice I could give her and it was easy... get the pup used to the brush, comb and scissors as early as possible.

    Now researching replacement clippers......

So this evening I groomed 2 Border Terriers. I left a lot of fur in the grass. This evening the birds are all gathering it up for their nests. Nature is great.

I do this every evening when I finish work, grab a handful or two of hair and scatter it around, it's fantastic :D though I did catch Cream rolling around in it this evening :o

There was a little Blue Tit heading off with a pile of it that was bigger then him. 😄

Birds never take our clipped hair :(
Maybe it's all the cats putting them off?

I leave a bit out every time though, but I've usually at least half a carrier bag between the two dogs.

I always brush my two down in the park and the birds take the fur :)
