    Why are payments I have made from my account still pending when payments made after are paid?  I'm relying on these being paid before the bankholidayb

    Thank you for contacting us here.


    Payments will appear as pending on your account until the retailer processes the transaction fully. We have no control over when the retailer processes payments.
