This is quite embarrassing but recently I've discovered that a I have crabs 😭.
I read online that you don't really need to visit a doctor, you just need some over the counter medication. Some people seem to say that you should get a std test. I haven't had sex in a long time, closes was a bit of oral. I'm not sure how I got these but are they something to worry about?

Nah nothing to worry about. Get lyclear dermal cream (not the shampoo) and follow the directions. Make sure you reapply it a week later to kill the new lice that hatched from eggs that survived the first treatment. Had a friend who couldn't get rid of it for a long time because he didn't know about the second application.

That's the stuff I got, going to apply it tomorrow morning. Do you need to cover your body or just crotch and butt?

I put the cream on earlier but it's still itchy, that normal?

I'd say so. I don't know the exact.mechanism of crabs but presumably the skin irritation they cause doesn't go away instantly. The cream is to kill the crabs, not soothe your skin. Did you use half the tube over most of your body?

    Give it 24 hours maybe.

    Sorry

We dont give medical advice as per the forum charter

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
