    Hi All,

Any idea if houses in close proximity to the above would be decent for raising a family? Understand that the pub is to be closed (probably) but have no date. Any anti social stuff that goes on from having people drinking closeby? Noise pollution from events / nights. etc? Thanks.

Noise pollution from the planes taking off and landing over the next 18 months anyway as they're using the alternate runway at night.

I live around the area and it's not any way rough at all. It's close to the airport and the city (with various bus routes to each) and there's loads of schools around the area as well. Omni park shopping centre in convenient too. There's also a lot of ways to keep fit with the Ben dunne gym, Santry stadium and sportslink. The pool in sportslink is great to bring kids to also. The park is across the road and there's also a bus route to kilbarrack via Beaumount hospital and Blanch via Ballymun and Finglas.

And at random intervals forever, as that runway is to be retained.
