Yep. It's somebody dropshipping from China. You're giving them €9.95, they're spending €1-2 of it to buy the product and ship it to you. Zero reason why you should give this person 7 odd quid.

You can buy the same light in Dealz for €1.49 which just goes to show how cheap they actually are.

This type of dropshipping can be seen on the likes of groupon a lot these days. You see ridiculous RRP claims and then what seems like a reasonable price. It is often alcohol breathalyzers or other things people are unaware can be sold so cheaply.

The one that gave me a giggle was the "online computer hacking course", disturbing amount sold.
