Deposits - 1 or 2 months rent?

    I noticed from most ads on Daft that landlords don't give much details on deposits. Is it now 1 month or 2 months deposit that is required on top of the 1 months rent in advance?

    How can any one answer that other then with depends? Some do. Some dont.
