Megane Bluetooth issue

    Have a 132 megane that was paired with my s6 phone perfect for a few months

    Now when I make a call there is no sound coming from speakers at all but when I turn off Bluetooth you can hear volume on the phone

    I tried every possible solution I could think of anyway .I'm thinking an update I did might have messed up the pairing

    Anyone have similar issues or suggestions before I go annoy my Renault dealer

    Still under warranty so should be ok I just don't want the hassle

    similar problems reported with Peugeot 308 and Samsung phones try it with a different phone

    My s5 will connect and work fine so it's obviously the newer phone but why work all along
