No legal advice on the forum.

However, are you really considering threatening legal action against your employer for the sake of €100, that wasn't even part of your job?

    Litigation culture gone nuts!

100 Euro is a very small amount to be giving ..... you would want at least 500 to 1K if it's a very difficult position to fill. If the company have to use a recruitment company etc it s an extra cost .

Depending on tax but 100 Euro bonus becomes 50 Euro in your hand . It'll cost you nothing only grief and will put you in the cross hairs with your job/ marked man/woman who is a trouble maker

Put it down to a lesson learnt

How was the agreement to pay the bonus given - was it in writing, an email, verbal, a notice on the noticeboard etc?

And how was it withdrawn - were you notified?

In writing and at a meeting. No notice was given until after I'd spent weeks trying to fill the position.
