    Hi,

    My wife and I currently have a 131 Mazda 3(diesel) and a 08 VW Polo (petrol).

    We are now expecting to have a plus one in our family before the end of the year and are thinking of trading in the Polo for a newer car while it still has a reasonable trade in Value.

    The Mazda will be the car I drive Mon-Fri and longer weekend trips with the 2nd car being driven by my wife while on maternity leave and then we will alternate the cars during the week when she is back to work (both work in same office building)

    We are thinking of going for a 171/2 car using PCP as the second car will not be doing a massive amount of driving and should be easier to keep within mileage allowance.

    Our budget is about €17k-ish
    We've been looking at the Mazda 2/ Clio/ similar sized cars. Petrol engines

    Can anyone offer any other suggestions/tips ?
