    Bought a packet of Tesco spanish Chorizo sliced. Can this be used in a sandwich uncooked, or does it need cooking Thanks.

    If it's sliced, it is ready to eat.

    Fresh chorizo that needs cooking look like normal sausages, just redder.

    Tesco do have own brand ones which require cooking says it on the packet, not sliced though as mentioned. I have not seen it in a while.

    I think the one requiring cooking could do with it being indicated a bit more strongly
