Hi folks i left a Swiss Army watch into a very expensive Jewellers, took over 3 months before i got it back they rang me after a month with a quote for €85, it needed battery watch had stopped and a crown not working

So i brought it home about 5 days ago still in box just checked it tonight clock movement is working but the clock is now 2.5 hours slow infact im just noticing now the main hand pieces are not moving there staying at this time and second hand is still working

ill go back to them but just wondering if there is a simple issue to rectify here

    thanks in advance guys

That doesn't sound normal - so the minute and hour hands don't move when you move the crown? Or that the second hand doesn't move the minute hand after say 1 minute has passed?

Ah good to hear - sometimes it's the simple questions that should be asked first :)
