Daily lower limit exceeded for the payment

    Trying to make a sepa transfer.  Did it the other day no problem.  Today I get the message "Daily lower limit exceeded for the payment".  


    Trying to transfer 10k.  What's the problem?  I've transferred to this account before without any hassle?

    10k is the daily limit online. If you did any other transfer, it wouldn't go through. It would if that's your only transfer.

    It was my only transfer.  Maybe because I did it on Good Friday it hasn't been transferred yet until the Banks open tomorrow?  I can see it gone out of my account though?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards. 

    Sorry to hear that you were unable to make this transfer. Any transfer you made after 3.30pm on Thursday would count towards your limit on Friday and the Bank holiday weekend. If you can see the amount taken from your account this would generally mean that the transfer was made. We would advise you to check this by sending a message through the Ask a Question option on the Service Desk. A representative with account access can then confirm the transfer for you.
