How do I prove to him that im capable of doing the job? Any help welcomed, no smart answers please

I've seen young fellas with no previous tractor driving experience being taken on, you should have no problem.

One of the ways I used to get chance to prove my abilities .
Offer to do the first days work for free.
Perhaps suggest to them you are confident the employer will be happy with your performance & will be happy to pay you at a later date.
    Best of luck .

You'll have no bother getting a job this year. Contractors everywhere are crying out for lads to drive as most have gone back labouring and driving machines on site.

No its just me venting. I looked years ago and couldn't get work but you maybe better situated or timing might be better.

If you enjoy that work you pursue it.

If you enjoy your job you'll never work a day in your life
