    Hello,

My family are literally sick dealing with you guys since October 2016.

I have called, emailed & get no where. How difficult is it to remove a residential property meter from commercial/business classification!!!!!!!!

If one of you would like to take the time & actually resolve the matter I have a reference number from a painful call with customer service in Jan!

I do not want to have my eldery parents constantly worrying about what water costs will be if anything happens mains or pipes, all because ye are pretty much ignoring our request after your error of classifying the property as business instead of residential.

Thanks Alex, there is billing/charges issues with the meter in question as well. But I would rather speak about that when it is finally classified as residential. At the moment my parents are afraid to even turn on taps etc incase they go over the commerial limit, which is outrageous that they should have to live like that in their house.

I'd like to add that I have just started getting bills from Irish Water stating that I am being billed as a business.
Is this Irish Waters way of getting people to start paying up?
By the way, I've never owned a business or a farm so this seems very dodgy.

I would like to add if eezipc does not get a response got luck to him/her. My parents got a questionaire in last week regarding the property.. to which I have already answered the questions 20 times & told ye send a rep out if ye don't believe me.

I am utterly sick of this!!!!!! I know about 10 people changed from my previous company to yours so I know just where to stand to kick up a fuss!!! Take my parents home off business/commercial classification & it's 3rd world limit immediately!!!!

I am sick of this since Oct 16, do it now or every social media source will know how Irish Water have made the lives of a full time carer to her permently disabled husband hell after already being refused so many entitalments by the HSE, to have a poxy limited water supply before charge enforced by Irish Water

    Hello,

Could I please get an answer from someone as my PM went unanswered before & we are point blank being ignored by Irish Water.

I would like to inform you that escalation has failed.

Why is this taking over 10 months to remove a residential property from business/commercial classification?

She received a from regarding the property & meter in May & posted this back to the Irish Water office on May 29th & we have heard nothing from anyone ever since only to be greeted with the bill in June & see the house is still on it classed as a commerical property & therefore still with a limit on the water supply before charge.

This is really getting beyond an absolute joke & becoming extrememly infuriating.

Can someone please fix this once & for all, all information has been provided numerous times, hours spend dealing with Irish Water & nothing ever changes. They are a married couple, who are in their 60's, him disabled, her his full time carer & they do not need this additional stress.
