Can legally determined whether or not a text message OR call was sent/ made to phone

    In the event the party insisted that they DID send the text / make the call? They know the correct number the message is supposed to be going to..

    If x sends message the provider will have details in their logs (not that they'll give them to you)
    Your own phone log download of sms from the network to your phone

    Their next bill will have the number and date / time. Unless it was an unanswered call

    +1 The sender can produce evidence (as above, the relevant bill) that that they sent a message or made a call that was answered, the receiver can simply erase the message or scrub their call log if they're in denial mode.
