Aware Support Group for Anxiety & Depression

    For those unaware, there is a support group run by Aware that may be of interest to some, as was brought to my attention over the weekend. Definitely worth a post to raise awareness;

    Aware Support group for depression, suicide and mood disorders. This is a confidential space offering support to over-18s.

    No referral needed, just show up on the night.

    Every Wednesday at 7.30pm at 5 Patrick's Court (behind Zuni's).

    All welcome.
