A friend is thinking about selling their house to downsize and will be in a position to redeem the mortgage. Rate: ECB+.5% No arrears Amount outstanding:circa â‚¬100k Term: 13 years remaining Are Pepper/Danske providing any early redemption write downs / incentives to get such mortgages off their books?
