    So the guy snatches a woman's phone, ends-up on the grounds of a police station as he is running away from her (he doesn't have to run very far, it is just across the street!), gets arrested on the spot within just 10 or 15 seconds of the theft ... and all that while being recorded on CCTV footage (available on the like below) so that there is clear evidence for him to get convicted.

    Not feeling sorry for him for a second, but being a crap thief must be a tough way to make a living! :-D

    If this happened in Ireland the judge would say he was trying to return the phone he found to the police station and let him walk out the door.
