High pressure pipe pumping water at night. What is it?

    Outside my apartment I recently found this pipe making loads of noise at night. Only happens at night.

    I've lived here for over a year and this just started.

    There is a hair dressers on the ground floor and I'm above it.

    The pipe runs under the electric meter box.

    Any idea what this can be? I recorded a video below.

    Looks like the safety valve on a gas boiler is letting by. I think if you look closer you might see the pipe is going through the wall. Maybe someone in the shop left the fill loop open for the boiler and the safety valve is doing its job. They will need to have it looked at.

    thanks. Ive spoke to the shop and they will try and get someone to have a look.

    However if that was the issue wouldnt it happen all day and not just at night.
