Pump won't stop running

Having problems with my apartment water pump , out the blue around 3am it starts running non stop. Woke me up. Checked all taps toilets no leaks ! Tried turning water off to toilets pump keeps going. It's pumping water ok as tried flush toilets and they fill up no problems . Have it switched off now to prevent it burning…

Any advice on who to ring to come out look at this ( northside Dublin ). Anxious to hit ground running as it being a Friday.
