Does anyone have any practical advice on doing so? Good websites, online tests or the likes?

FWIW - late twenties, in stable roles for last 5 years, working in marketing/propositions for large companies.

Very lucky and appreciative to be in such a position by the way, so not in any way moaning. Just want to put my best foot forward as my next move will probably decide what 'career path' I follow...

Any advice is appreciated
