Sick of going to Ben Dunne Jervis by myself. I have a PT that I go to in a smaller independent gym 3 times a week but still like to go to Ben Dunne for cardio and such. Is there like a website/page/forum for gym buddies? I'm still quite the novice so would like to talk to people and learn from them
