I need a professional to discuss possibilities to improve the living space in my top floor Duplex 3 bed apartment in South Co. Dublin.   Any recommendations for an experienced professional .

Make sure they are aware of the limitations to what works you can carry out in an apartment block. Paying particular care and attention around Part A (Structure) and Part B (Fire Safety) of the Building Regulations.

Ya not much an architect will be able to do in an existing apartment. You can't extend or go knocking many walls and then you have the potential building management approval to get. Another idea is to consider interior architects or interior designers to try and improve the existing spaces you have.
