Hi all, I think my router might be on the way out the power light keeps flashing on and off. I've tried the usual turn on turn off and resetting it but no good. Whats the process with getting a new one. Thanks Steve. Edit I'm also a bit worried because the router is becoming really hot.

I am really sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your router. I would recommend contacting the technical team and troubleshooting the issues you are experiencing. The technical team can also send you out a new router. You can contact them on 1890260260 or freephone 1901 option 2.
