    my back of my left small finger is rough how can i soften it ?
    i use cream no help

    Apart from creams what else have you done? Have you used a pumice to gently remove the roughness? If you haven't may I suggest you go to Boots or somewhere similar, show their assistant your problem and take some guidance from them. I know for rough skin on my feet I use a pumice stone after soaking my feet in warm water and I use a mixture of shea butter & jojoba & vit E oil (homemade based on what I use for my face - Monsia Skincare)

    Sounds like a callus, most creams won't touch it. I'd recommend O'Keeffes Working Hands. You can buy it in Boots. Should see a difference in a few days after applying it several times a day
