Does anybody know of any companies that do this, as a complete fit-out and ready to rent afterwards?

I would need one companies to manage all works start to finish as well as help with deciding on fittings and fixtures - it's a 40sqm 1 bed apartment.

The list of work to be done would roughly as follows:

New kitchen fit-out
New bathroom fit-out
New flooring
New lighting
Painting and decorating
