Anaerobic fitness test results 150m shuttle

    Did this test yesterday -a cone every 5 metres .start at first cone and do a shuttle run for 30 seconds break for 30 seconds and repeat 6 times then add your total distance covered ..I got 560 ,average enough , I play amateur soccer .any idea on good v good elite results would be ?and any drills exercises to improve anaerobic capacity and il test again in 5/6 weeks cheers .

    I actually don't ,it's a test I used to do few years back in the informed performance gym and I've done it at few soccer clubs over the years ....so 25 m distance in total with a cone every 5 m ,you work hard as you can for 30sec and rest 30sec you do that 6 times.you start on first cone run out 5 back to first run out to 10 back to first etc etc I don't know the name of the test think I heard it called spider test before .
