immersion thermostat reset switch

    My immersion has suddenly stopped working. Main house fuse board all ok. Can not find a reset switch for the thermostat. Is it the case that mine does not have a reset switch? If so, is the next step to get someone to replace thermostat? Have explored area around and underneath thermostat and can not see a reset switch. Thank you very much for your advice

    There isn't a reset on that stat
    The stat could be gone the only way you will know is to test it with a multimeter
    You might be just as well replacing the immersion element complete
    Cost would be in the region of €120-150
