Will I get away with the tear in the Bumper? If not what's the best way to go about repairing it.

I have the spray paint to it to the correct colour too...

It's a sharp edge. IMO it will fail.

Duct tape is probably quickest, and simplest way, but certainly not most elegant.

    Plastic welding maybe???

Yeah, jagged edge should fail as it can rip up a person should you bump into someone.

A bodyshop should be able to fix it easily and cheaply.

I'd drill a hole either side of the crack at the furthest underneath point and use a tie-rap to 'stitch' it back together

Had a similar issue a few years ago.
    Failed on the sharp edge.
Bit of duct tape and it passed on the retest

Silver duct tape will do the job and get it through the NCT.

The duct tape didn't work anyway. There was too much of a spring in it.

What I did was got a piece trim of a scrap Bumper I had and Cut it to shape and screwed it to the inside to tear sits flush now. I sprayed it then.

    Hopefully that'll do now

    Excellent!

Paragon Plastics out in NCW do excellent work with plastic welding if it's something you want to have looked at further.
