Hi samjames, seeing as there doesn't seem to be an answer for you here, do you want me to move your thread to the 4x4, tractors and Diggers forum tomorrow, if nothing shows up?

Until you vet better advice, have a read here to see if its any help

Alot of it refers to TS but should be the same (I honestly don't have a clue)

There's a link to a section from a manual (registration required but not a big deal)

There's an article on the calibration of a New Holland TM gear box in the Classic Tractor 2017 April issue. Dunno if this is relevant to what you want. I can take take a few pictures and post this up later if its any good.
