Blessington Greenways and AvonRÃ*

Does anyone know what's happening down the back of the AvronRi walkway in Blessington? I was wondering if it was the start of the Blessington Greenways work? Space has been cleared and there are a number of boardwalks down, they just look like a temporary car park though.
