    Hello all,
It's been a while, but i'm back with a vengeance..
While I was previously interested in something along a Breitling, I think i'm kind of interested in an Omega the past while.
Here in London there seems to be a vibrant pre-owned market and i'm wondering about it versus purchasing from a private seller on watch forums etc.
Do the prices vary much? I am quite familiar with the pre-owned electronics model, such as CeX where they give you very little for your item (below market) then end up selling for a little above market value.. I do understand they give some level of warranty etc which is something you don't get with a private sale.
Could the same be said for the watch market. That said, I do like the way everything is aggregated and presented along with the refurb / polish you get. I visit watchfinder.co.uk a lot and even some of the much older watches look like new. You can pieces with "papers" and box, making for a "new like" buying experience.
    Thanks
