    Hi,

My critical skills work permit is expiring on 24th may 2017. So I have sent my application for Stamp 4 supporting letter on 10th February 2017 and I'm waiting for Stamp 4 supporting letter. In the meantime, my employer is threatening me that they can terminate me and cancel my Stamp 4 supporting letter process and making pressure on me to work late night extra hours and on weekends. Because of that I'm getting so stressed and depressed and working long hours everyday.

I just want to know that is it possible that Can my employer cancel the application process in the between? The application is currently with DJEI (Department of Jobs and Innovation) and I'm waiting it to receive in the mid of April which is next month.

I'll appreciate if anyone can help.

    Thanks
