    Hi

    GF moved to another part of organisation about a month ago! They gave her a new contract, back on probation, lower salary, can't continue with pension until after probation is up! She received contract last week, didn't signed it yet! When leaving the last job, she was required to give months notice, even though staying in same organisation !

    Anyway she's not happy and is leaving, she hadn't signed contract and is only in job 5 weeks or so, contract says months notice, but as she's there less than 13 weeks does this supersede what the contract says?

    Any thoughts?

    If she's not bothered about a reference, don't be bothered about the notice period.
