Stamp 4 process

I have recently moved to Ireland to live with my Irish national husband. I have been waiting for an appointment with the Garda near me to sort out my immigration status but haven't heard a response yet.

Does anyone have experience with this process? Can anyone give me an idea of the timeline of how long it may take? (I know every situation is different!)

I'm so keen to get to work as soon as possible, but if it's going to take a very long time I may look for volunteering commitments in my field to keep busy and current instead.

    Thanks for any help :)

Amazing, I was hoping it wouldn't be too long after the appointment. Thank you!
