Superiptv is a plugin / app on the spark operating system
when the box is connected to the internet you ( in theory ) should be able to watch some ip television content over duh interweb thingy as opposed to via satellite
I think you may need an account on an iptv server though to get anything usefull

not used much , you can use the web tv plugin to play iptv via m3u playlists among others
