setting up my CC as a payee to pay CC from my bank account

Where do I find the details I need to set up my CC as a payee? It seems a rather antiquated system that I have to set up my CC as a payee rather than it just being automatically linked.

So where will I get that information? Banking 365 just gives an abbreviated version of the account number.

    Hi jonweir76

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties adding your credit card as a payee.

When you log in to BOI365 Online, please select the 'Manage Accounts' on the left hand side of the Homepage and then 'Manage Payees'.

When you click into the 'Manage Payees' option you will see on the far right 'Add A Bill' option. Please select BOI Mastercard from the drop down menu. This will prefill the IBAN & BIC for you. Please ensure in the reference field to input your full 16 digit BOI credit card number.

We hope this information helps. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get back in touch.

    Many Thanks
    Alison

Thank you! I'd never have known how to do that without asking, so appreciate coming back to me. Much more helpful than the reply I got on Twitter!

Perhaps for future customers that information could be made more prominent or easy to see - it's easy enough if you know what to do!
