    Hi All,

because I'm not very familiar with the Irish laws and maybe my questions aren't the common one, I would like to ask you for advice/help or directions.
So.., I'm EU citizen with EU driving license and I'm planning to buy used van from private seller. Also I'm going to export and register/drive the van in my country. Let's say the van has DOE and TAX paid and I'm going to leave Ireland in a one week period. Should I have to pay some kind of insurance, taxes, local driving license or something else ? What kind of documents should I prepare and have in advance?

    Cheers,
    Rado

Your EU licence is ok in Ireland.
It has tax & DOE that's ok.
If you intend driving in Ireland you must have insurance, you are unlikely to get it for one week.
You will need the VRC in order to register the vehicle abroad.
