Energia charging more for units than I was told

Hi, we switched to Energia end of January on the 33% off deal and just going through my first bill now which has already been paid by direct debit.
They have a different charge on night units used and after a bit of googling it seems they do this to all customers! We switched through switcher and nowhere did it state that an amount above a certain amount would have a higher charge and from I can make out I am not getting the discount on those units either!
I read through everything and there was no mention that I saw of it.

I have fired off an email to them now saying what's the story.

"*Above 3,000kWh day usage and 2,000kWh night usage every two months you will be charged 0.2024 Ex Vat, 0.2297 Inc VAT day rate per unit(kWh) and 0.0985 Ex Vat 0.1118 Inc VAT night rate per unit(kWh)"

Found it on the rates page.

It seems to be but on my bill it is over 700 units in night rate

Hi did you get an explanation from Energia. I am thinking of changing to them & hence my interest in their response.

Im not sure if theyre standard rate is extremely expensive or if their promo rates are really good. My promo has just expired and both gas and elec have shot up. talking 37% higher bill then same period last year with readings given. no extra devices and slightly more usage
