Change of address

    I need to change my postal address but says I have to activate my mobile phone but I won't be able to receive post to my old address so can't activate my mobile phone and therefore can't change my address??
    Any ideas what I can do?

    When you are unable to use the 365 Online method to change your address, please fill in a Change of Contact Details form and post this back to us. You can find this form to download and print here

    Over the phone is much more simple.

    The Bank of Ireland really are driving customers away with their stupid policies.
