Put him on a straw bed. Vet will tell you what to do regarding injections, he'll probably need a pain killer and anti inflammatory. I had one like that last year and he had to have the swelling lanced after about 2 months and he was miserable for a while but he's flying now.

More than likely fluid buildup rather than blood - if he's not real lame, not a pile you can do about it ,maybe anti inflammatories and a bit of pain relief ,metacam or finadyne , takes time for it to go down,
ideally you'd like get him out on straw on his own or he could get bullied bad, bulls are quick to pick on a weaker one , but then you'd have a tough time reintroducing him when he's healed,( depends on age and breed) its a bit of a catch 22 . Had a few of them like this over the years all came ok and no issues in the factory but most had to stay on their own out of the pen once they came out for any length of time
That's just my experience with this kind of thing but your vet will advise you better in the morning
