Hi

Had some septic tank issues last year and had resolved.

Got percolation tests, report and design done. Got planning and installed as per design.

I did not have the installation supervised by the person employed to do the report and design.

Have I messed up?

Do I now need a cert of compliance if I want to sell at any stage?

That person or another suitably qualified person could do a visual inspection and base their report on this, or they may wish to do a small dig to confirm things are in place. Get several quotes as I'm assuming there is a planning condition that needs to be satisfied re this.
