Best way to dry line a new house

We have bought a shell of a house that was started 8 years ago. Blockwork, roof, floor screed and windows are in but nothing else.
We are going to dry line the inside of the exterior walls.

Is it best to batten out the walls and fit the dry lining to those or to stick the board directly to the walls?

This will effect if I channel for wiring etc or not.

    Thanks.

    David

Foil backed insulated slabs mushroom fixed to the wall. Get the wiring and sockets in first.

Only needed for external walls. Normal slabs for internals

You can never have enough insulation.

The plan is 75mm insulated board on the inside of all exterior walls and 25mm on the interior walls and ceilings.

I was considering putting them on battons but I think I will bury the cables and mushroom fix.

Thanks to everyone for their input.

Not that I really know much about this question but what are you doing about airtightness?

This is what your main concern should be especially since the house is still a shell
Get a professional in to design a system where your airtightness, insulation, heating and ventilation will work together instead of against each other
