Good hotels in Torremolinos/Benalmadina

    Does anybody know any nice hotels in this area? There's just two of us going (we're quite young) and we want to be close to nightlife. Also the cheaper the better. We're thinking of going the first week of august. Any recommendations would be great!

    There won't be anything too cheap on the first week in August. We were in Benalmadena 2 years ago and we rented an apartment through AirBnb. It was better than a hotel.
    The nightlife area is all around a place they call 24 hour square. I can't think of the correct name of it.

    Google La Carihuela. This is located between Torremolinos and Benalmadena. Lots of small family run hotels and low cost apartments.

    I'm taking the whole family (and extended) in mid-August = peak season.

    We saved a small fortune (given there is a lot of us) by renting whole apartments AirBnB - give it a look and see.

    From what I gather, most nightlife is, as mentioned above, by '24 hour square'. On a map, just look at the Marina in Benalmadena and go from there as the nightlife is close to there.
