    Dear All,

I have to put my 7 month old (un-neutered) puppy into a kennel for the night. I'm based in Dublin 5 but will be travelling to Naas. Would anyone have any advice on any kennels/boarding places to use?

I would prefer if he received more than 2 20 minute sessions with humans each day (as I know some places only give 2 walks to the dogs). He's extremely well socialised and will play with everything and everyone.

Please let me know if you have any experiences, good or bad!

    Thanks

There was I place I had contacted before, that seemed like a great place for holidays for yourself let alone the dog, but we ddin't use them as family ended up takign him for our holidays.
In my head it was called something like bramble....but I'll go see can I find their email.

If it was only for one night, would you look for people who mind dogs in their own homes?

We usually use a dog-minding service called housemydog -it's a website where you choose your location and it gives you details of all available dog minders in the local area. They usually mind your pet in their own home. Each minder is individually priced, but we found it quite reasonable and our dog loved her little holiday!

I live in the D5 area also and would never like to think of my dogs being in a kennel environment.
I use a family based boarding service in a home adjacent to St Annes Park. They have 2 dogs of their own who always seem very pleasent and are in amongst the family at all times, my guys love the three walks a day in the park so no complaints about going to stay!
    I contact them through Dublink9care@gmail.com

Many places won't take a dog that hasn't been neutered.
