Hydralic winch not working.

Hi have a hydrolic winch on a tow truck. Body was remounted on a new chassis over the last few weeks. Hooked every thing up and all worked bar the winch. Had a look at every thing and all looks good. Oil is coming up to the motor but still won't move. Striped the motor off the drum and tried it and nothing is happening.…

Had a look at every thing and all looks good.

Oil is coming up to the motor but still won't move.

Striped the motor off the drum and tried it and nothing is happening.

Any help would be great thanks.

This may seem a stepid question....

But is there oil in it?

Are the hosses on right way around?
