Is vat reclaim allowed on digger work for land drainage? Also is vat on lime reclaimable on the land you have reclaimed?

VAT on digger work yes

there shouldn't be vat on lime

Going to do a Vat Reclaim for Fencing, drinkers etc.
Can vat be reclaimed on Sheep Hurdles / Race, weighting scales, footbath?

if the items are fixed to the ground is normally the test.

so if mobile no vat58
