Having huge isues with your customer care. Back in february I paid off a loan in liaison with youselves, inerest and all accounted for. I was assured my standing order would cancel automatically. Logging into my acount afterwards i notice its still active. I send two emails in relation to same. Both assure me no further money will be taken. I have also rang twice in relation to removing the standing order. Each time i was assured the loan would cancel automatically and no more money be taken. Well that was nonsense. 260 has now been taken from my current account and my loan account is in credit for 260. A loan account in credit that's a new one on me! Can i charge ye interest on my loan to ye???? Fuming!! I want this matter dealt with urgently. No generic response of "you can contact customer care on 1890 blah blah
